Kali is married to her college sweetheart, Josh. They have 15 year old Braeden (who loves all things sports, I mean, he’s on FOUR soccer teams) and 13 year old Madelyn (who thinks she has her own YouTube channel.. she does NOT!)… and their mini Australian Labradoodle, Pippa, who is the center of their universe. Before Mary Kay, Kali was a TV News Producer for NBC News in Memphis. She "retired" from her career after starting with Mary Kay Cosmetics, first just for the discount...then as a side hustle that turned into her dream job. She drives the iconic Pink Cadillac and her amazing sales team ranked #1 in the nation for 2020. Fun fact - she is also a professional violinist and in addition to playing with symphonies, she has been hired to play with well-known recording artists out on tour. She moved back to Pensacola Beach after Braeden was born and loves being involved in her community including her church, and Favor House, a local domestic violence shelter which has received 4 grants from the Mary Kay Foundation. She also started a national support group for women struggling with infertility and miscarriage after going through that herself. The group now has over 500 women and they have seen well over 100 babies born or adopted. When she’s not working from home, she loves to work out in her neighbor’s garage, travel, read, run on the beach, watch TEDTalks, listen to podcasts (including HERS!), help women reach their dreams and most importantly, hang with her 4 most important people (yes, including Pippa of course!)
